The Shredder is a disruption type weapon that can only be gotten from fabrication.
the fabrication recipe is as follows:
Shock Cannon, Large Barrel, Adv Targetter, Adv Capacitor, Adv Conduit, Phase Array.
while no longer able to be fabricated they were also used to make the Goliath Beam, Atlas Cannon and Rapture Mk1.
